I have been observing a lot of things happening around me lately. Amongst those that did take place, there is one thing that is concerning me a lot. People aren't treated equally, and given the same respect.
If you are at work and you observe the smooth talker regarded as elite what do you do? Is the guy at the corner or the middle of the office who is doing his or her work in silence a stupid person? People tend not to realize that we all have different personalities and if you colleague's personality is versatile then most of the time he/she will be the first person who gets a promotion or a raise. What about the silent hardworking dude who only talk when he/she want information from a colleague?
I believe good management start from home, if one especially a boss or a supervisor start treating his/her colleagues differently then that shows how well his/her family foundation is build.
